How Can I Help You?

Do you have a vision for the life you want, but can’t seem to make it happen? Maybe you don’t know what you want, but you’re not feeling satisfied with the way things are. Have you re-thought your priorities during the COVID-19 pandemic and want to make changes in your life? Or, maybe you’ve suffered a loss (relationship, job, identity, etc.) and don’t know what steps to take to move forward.  It might not seem like it, but these all represent opportunities to make a change and live a more meaningful life with purpose.  Transitions occur in every part of life as you move from one stage to another along the journey; in your education, career, relationships, health and wealth.  And, every decision you make has the potential to change your life. If made with passion and intention, the changes are exciting and can put you on the path to your best life. If, on the other hand, these decisions are made from a place of fear, external influences or unintentional reactions, the resulting changes can be scary and leave you feeling stuck and unfulfilled.

My goal when coaching clients is to help them discover their true self and unlock their potential to grow and realize their dreams. To do this, I help them uncover limiting beliefs, fears and the stories they tell themselves that hold them back from having the life they want.  Once there is an awareness of what is standing between them and their ideal life, together we co-create tools and skills to break through the barriers or work around them. I have a curiosity about people’s stories and aspirations and feel a great sense of fulfillment and joy when I can help someone look at a situation from a new perspective, break old habits and unlock the secret to live the life they’ve always envisioned.  And this is what I hope I can do for you!

Awareness

Becoming aware of the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your full potential is the first step on your journey of personal growth.

Knowledge

Once you are aware of what is holding you back, you learn how to break down or work through those barriers to help you move toward what is possible for your life.

Growth

This is when you start to apply the skills and strategies that you have learned to realize life lived as your best self; not only today, but as you travel along your life's journey.

Why the Dragonfly?

A “wonder animal” is the spirit animal of the dragonfly. It also represents the purity of being. The spirit animal urges people to take chances and realize the potential within them. It helps them understand that they can fully realize their potential. Many mystic people consider a dragonfly to be a messenger from the spirit guides. Their purpose is to reveal the magical path to people.

It unmasks the real personality that lies dormant within each individual. They remove any element that is not a part of real life. Often, people suffer from self-doubt. That may hinder their ability to move ahead. Here, a dragonfly urges people to get rid of their doubts and live life fully.

My philosophy of coaching is a belief that each client is an expert on their life and they hold the key to their success. My job as a coach is to help break down mental and emotional barriers and help the client view issues from different perspectives so that together we can co-create strategies to move them in the direction of their best life. Understand Where You Are Now

If you are not sure where you stand or want more clarity about what part of your life you need to be coached on, use the satisfaction wheel as a starting point. In the exercise you will rate your level of satisfaction of each life category on a scale of 1 (unsatisfied) to 10 (completely satisfied). This exercise is short and sweet, and designed to help you find clarity on where you are now, what sections of your life you’re satisfied with, and that parts you hope to change. I hope you enjoy this exercise.....you never know, you might just discover something new about yourself!

About Me

Transitions are difficult. I’ve been there. I’ve gone from feeling rudderless, my life tossed among various paths like a ball in a pinball machine, until finally sinking my a-ha moment. 

Even when you think you have it all figured out, something externally or internally happens that shakes up your priorities and you are presented with an opportunity to change the trajectory of your journey, whether you recognize the chaos as an opportunity or not.

I am here to help you make these life transitions with intention and confidence, so you’re not bouncing off someone else’s whim like a ball in a pinball machine.
